EVCHC has been recognized by the Health Resources and Services Administration as a National Quality Leader in Cancer Screening. This award acknowledges health centers meet or exceed cancer screening targets.

EVCHC has been recognized by the Health Resources and Services Administration as a Health Center Quality Leader. This award acknowledges health centers who have the best overall CQM performance based on average Adjusted Quartile Rankings (AQR) in the top three tiers (top 30%). EVCHC was awarded the Bronze Badge for placing in the 3rd Tier (top 21-30%).

Improving Health Care Access Badge
EVCHC has been recognized by the Health Resources and Services Administration with Improving Health Care Access. This award acknowledges health centers that have increased the Total Number of patients and Patients receiving mental health, substance use disorder, vision, dental, or enabling services by at least 5% in Back-to-Back UDS reporting years.

This award acknowledges health centers who offer Telehealth Services, Collect data on patient health related needs, Engage patients through HIT and exchange clinical information online with key providers' health care settings.
