EVCHC has been recognized by the Health Resources and Services Administration as an Access Enhancer. This award acknowledges health centers that have increased the total number of patients and the number of patients who receive comprehensive service by a minimum of 5% in back-to-back reporting years.

EVCHC has been recognized by the Health Resources and Services Administration as a Health Disparities Reducer. This award acknowledges health centers who have demonstrated improvement by a minimum of 10% in low birth weight, Hypertension control or uncontrolled diabetes in patients within 2, back-to-back, reporting years.

EVCHC has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). This award acknowledges health centers who have invested in a model of care (team based care, care management & support, care coordination, PC access, Performance Measurement and Quality improvement) that puts patients at the forefront and where continuous quality improvement is a priority.
