How do I sign up?
Upon your first visit with East Valley, patients will receive an email and text message with a link to register for their Patient Portal.

If you are 14 years of age or older, you can schedule your first dental appointment online anytime, from any device. Simply choose an available appointment that works best for you and complete the scheduling process in just a few minutes.
Who Can Schedule Online?
Online scheduling is currently available for:
New dental patients
Ages 14 years and older
If you are scheduling for a child under 14 or are an existing dental patient, please contact our Dental Department and our team will be happy to assist you.
The Patient Portal is for communicating NON-URGENT medical needs or concerns.

If you have a true medical emergency, call 911 or call your local police or fire department.

If you have a need or concern requiring immediate attention from your provider or care team, please call the office directly.
