How to schedule a Telehealth visit with your healthcare provider?
1. Request a Telehealth appointment from the comfort of your own home by visiting your patient portal or by calling us at (626) 919-4333.

2. You will provide us with your cell phone number which has video and a microphone. There is no need to create an account.

3. Once you schedule your Telehealth appointment, the day of the appointment you will receive an email or text with a link. You simply click on the link and begin your appointment.
