EVCHC has been recognized by the Health Resources and Services Administration as an Access Enhancer. This award acknowledges health centers that have increased the total number of patients and the number of patients who receive comprehensive service by a minimum of 5% in back-to-back reporting years.

Health Disparities Reducer Badge
EVCHC has been recognized by the Health Resources and Services Administration as a Health Disparities Reducer. This award acknowledges health centers who have demonstrated improvement by a minimum of 10% in low birth weight, Hypertension control or uncontrolled diabetes in patients within 2, back-to-back, reporting years.

EVCHC has been recognized by the Health Resources and Services Administration as a Deemed Health Center. This award acknowledges health centers that have been deemed as Public Health Service employees under the Federally Supported Health Centers Assistance Act (FSHCAA).
