East Valley is offering COVID-19 vaccinations to our patients and community.
Appointments can be booked online through the registration links below. Walk-Ins are welcomed.

Please do not call or message your doctor about scheduling a vaccine appointment as vaccine registrations are managed exclusively through our COVID-19 vaccination team member to ensure the most efficient vaccine distribution possible.

COVID-19 vaccinations are available by appointment and Walk-Ins.

Eligible minors 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian along with proof of age. East Valley is now administering the Pfizer BioNTech and Moderna vaccines to patients 6 months and older.
Undocumented? You can still get the vaccine! The COVID-19 vaccine is free and available to all regardless of citizenship or immigration status. Health insurance is NOT required.
