East Valley Community Health Center Announces Planned CEO Transition; Lelenia Ramirez to Succeed Alicia Mardini
WEST COVINA, California - March 24, 2026 - After more than four decades of dedicated service, the Board of Directors of East Valley Community Health Center announces a thoughtful and planned leadership transition. Alicia Mardini, whose leadership has shaped the organization’s growth and impact across generations, will retire on June 30, 2026.
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Lelenia Ramirez has been selected to succeed, Alicia Mardini, as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026, ensuring continuity of mission, vision, and care for the communities we serve.
