Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Patient and Visitor Information

East Valley is here for you!

We are closely monitoring and following CDC guidelines, as well as state and local public health departments’ guidelines. The safety and well-being of our patients, community, and staff are of our utmost priority.

East Valley stands with you during these unforeseen challenging times. In the best interest of our patients, community, and staff, we have implemented the following measures:

If you have a standing appointment, an East Valley representative will contact you to evaluate if your appointment can either be rescheduled or converted to a telephone or video call. If you don't receive a call at least 2 days before your appointment, please call us.

From the comfort of your home, we are providing medical professionals via telephone, video and email consultations to patients. If you are feeling ill, we ask that you please contact our East Valley health center care line at 626-919-5724, prior to visiting any East Valley health center location.

We strongly encourage you not arrive
to our health centers prior to calling our call center care line.
This step is in place to protect you and prevent the spread of any possible infection.

What you can expect when visiting
East Valley Health Center

We are conducting health center entrance screenings to all patients and visitors, prior to entering any of our health center buildings. This is a preventive measure to help control the spread of infection by ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
